Partner fit

RaceTripRadar is built for partnerships with travel providers, affiliate networks, ticket marketplaces, hospitality suppliers and planning tools that are relevant to race weekend travel. Partner links must help visitors compare or verify travel options.

Compliance standards

• Only approved affiliate parameters and approved creative assets may be used.
• No fake voucher codes, invented discounts, brand impersonation, cloaking, forced clicks, pop-ups, toolbars or unauthorised iframes.
• No claim that RaceTripRadar is an official provider, reseller or ticket agent unless a written agreement says so.
• Commercial links must be disclosed clearly and marked with appropriate link attributes.
• Provider data, prices, availability and marks must be used only as permitted by the relevant partner terms.

Editorial independence

Partnerships do not override race status, practical caveats, safety notes, cancellation warnings or editorial judgement. Paid placements and sponsored campaigns must be labelled before publication.

Privacy and data handling

RaceTripRadar does not collect booking data from visitors. If a partnership requires pixels, widgets, APIs, personal data processing or cross-border transfers, the integration must be reviewed before launch and reflected in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
