Who controls this site

MostDev IT Consultancy is the controller for personal data processed through the RaceTripRadar website and contact inboxes. The site operator is described in the Legal Notice. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@mostdev.com.

What personal data we collect

The current site does not offer accounts, checkout, newsletter signup, comments, user profiles or booking forms. RaceTripRadar does not ask visitors to enter passport details, payment details, travel documents or booking references.

Basic technical request data may be processed by our hosting and security providers when pages are served. This can include IP address, browser metadata, requested URL, timestamps and security logs needed to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

Why we process data

• To serve pages, keep the website secure and diagnose technical problems.
• To answer emails sent to RaceTripRadar contact addresses.
• To maintain legal, affiliate and editorial records where required.

The legal bases are legitimate interests in operating a secure informational website, responding to requests, and complying with applicable legal obligations. If optional analytics, newsletters or advertising cookies are added later, they must be reviewed first and, where required, enabled only after consent.

Affiliate links and external providers

RaceTripRadar links to external providers for hotels, flights, tickets, hospitality and packages. When you leave RaceTripRadar, the provider or affiliate network controls its own website, cookies, booking flow, customer service, payment processing and privacy practices.

Approved affiliate links may contain tracking parameters that tell a provider or affiliate network that a visitor came from RaceTripRadar. RaceTripRadar does not receive your booking reference, payment card details or provider account password through those links.

Cookies and analytics

RaceTripRadar does not currently set non-essential analytics, advertising or retargeting cookies. See the Cookie Policy for the current cookie position and the rule for future analytics or affiliate tracking.

Retention

Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for hosting, security, debugging and legal compliance. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain a partnership record or comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You can contact privacy@mostdev.com to make a privacy request.

Children

RaceTripRadar is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's personal data.

Changes

This policy will be updated when the site adds accounts, forms, analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking or other processing that changes the current privacy position.
